Include a basic(ish) version of NIC, the New Instance Creator (you can call him Nicolas!), and a set of nic templates. NIC replaces mshook_layout.sh with a flexible(ish?) template system!
Also include a random Makefile change I forgot about until I saw it being committed. :(.
