I just packaged this for Arch Linux with DKMS, making it very easy to
install this and keep it up-to-date on kernel update for all Arch users.

This PR updates the README to link to this option, and improve build and
install instructions a tiny bit.

Added an acpi amtch table
init() checks if the acpi table or dmi is a match
registers platform driver
**creates a device**
**adds a device**

on failure, unspool
