Switched the positions of the TX and RX LEDs to match which side of the
chip they're on. Significantly re-routed TX/RX. Added via stitching.

The ground planes are much more contiguous, except for U1 pad 5 which
connects to GND on the back with a via.

(Kieran's suggestion was to remove the lines on the back that cut
horizontally across the differential pair; I don't know if having
RXLED's sink next to the diff pair will be a problem.)

Re-version the card to "EC Card 2"

This header uses the SparkFun "LOCK" footprint, which should
allow me to click in a header without soldering it down.

- Route the USB differential pairs together, and without vias
	- Had to move back to the SSOP package because the QFN package
	  would require a crossover (yes, no, it doesn't make any sense)
- Ground fill
- Hand-route
- Redistribute passives to be more reasonably laid out
- Power the FTDI chip off VBUS_HOST instead of VBUS_DEV
- Add TX/RX LEDs
- Add a ferrite bead

Uses FT230XS and 0603 components.
